Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 15% of Non-Refundable Deposit is REQUIRED for all appointments at the time of booking to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your balance due at the end of your appointment.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice, as a courtesy, if you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We're more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards future appointment if you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, then the appointment will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled

The whole process will ensure clients to arrive on time are seen in a timely manner. 

Please note that NO SHOWS and Short Notice Cancellation will FORFEIT their deposit.
